I started this website simply as a way to get my thoughts and opinions out into the world. Throughout my education, I always enjoyed writing—particularly on topics like history, politics, and international relations. I’ve never really used writing as a creative outlet, and I decided it was time to give it a shot.

Social media and the internet have profoundly changed how we communicate our ideas and emotions. Too often, these platforms encourage us to oversimplify complex issues, leading to a loss—or even a complete disregard—of context.

I’m guilty of this myself, trading jabs with people I disagree with through Instagram stories or memes. I realize that’s not the healthiest way to engage in discourse, and I know I can do better. This website is not only an outlet for me, but also a challenge and a standard I want to hold myself to.

I hope visitors find its content engaging, informative, and maybe even inspiring. And for those who disagree—I’m always open to your opinions and happy to explain why you’re wrong.
